Our "Tiered" Approach
TCPC uses a three-tier approach to its current missions efforts and future expansions. Each tier represents a different level of commitment and involvement from each party, with Tier 1 having the highest cost, engagement, involvement, and return.
Tier 1: Partnership
Partnering with identified churches and organizations with similar theology and worldview.
Strong country leaders involved in church planting and campus ministry
High-level ownership and resourcing
Reciprocated influencing
Inclusive of all four “Engagements”
Examples: Togo (Lome), Mexico (Valladolid), Belarus (Minsk), Scotland (Cumbernauld)
Tier 2: Serving
Serving existing church or organization
Helping with specific ministry projects
Minimal ownership and resourcing
High value placed on development of team
Examples: Mexico (Yucatan)
Tier 3: Resourcing
Resourcing established mission organization
Organization plans the trip
TCPC provides manpower
Examples: Nicaragua (Food for the Hungry), Thailand & China (Campus Outreach)

Identified church or ministry organization
Strong country leader(s) involved in church planting and campus ministry
Similar theology and worldview as TCPC
Training of pastors and lay people
Clear vision and opportunity
TCPC relational connection and investment
Holistic ministry opportunities: evangelism/discipleship, church planting, education, mercy, service
High investment of TCPC leaders & funds
